The Office of the Registrar is an academic support unit of the Dominican College of Tarlac which manages operations in the areas of admission, registration, and records. It serves as the main front line service unit as regards curricular and academic matters.
Registration/Enrollment
Enrollment
A pupil/student is considered officially enrolled only after their enrollment is confirmed at the Office of the Registrar. This confirmation is typically marked by the stamping of the Certificate of Registration (COR) with “OFFICIALLY ENROLLED”.
A student who is not officially registered for a course will not receive credit for it at the end of the semester or school year.
An applicant for enrolment who cannot present all valid requirements will be considered a temporary enrollee. S/he must execute a promissory note stating a definite date of submission of the lacking credentials.
Late Enrollment
A student can enroll and be admitted for late enrollment but it must be within two weeks after the official start of classes. After this period, enrollment shall be automatically closed.
Pre-Elementary – Enrollment Process
- 1. Online registration at dct.edu.ph.
- 2. Screening at the Guidance Office.
- 3. Filling-out of the pre-enrollment form, screening and checking of admission requirements.
- 4. Interview with the Principal.
- 5. Enlistment and printing of Certificate of Registration (COR) at the Registrar’s Office.
- 6. Payment at the Accounting Office.
- 7. Confirmation of enrollment at the Registrar’s Office.
Notice
As per DepEd order no. 03, s. 2018, learners from primary public and private schools who require a transfer must hand in their Form138/SF9 (Report Card) or a letter from the school registrar attesting to the student’s completion of the last grade level, signed by the school, to the receiving school.
In case of the absence of Form138/SF9 (Report Card):
Certification as a graduating student from previous school.
Certification that the student has not been admitted to other school/previous school.
