The Office of the Registrar is an academic support unit of the Dominican College of Tarlac which manages operations in the areas of admission, registration, and records. It serves as the main front line service unit as regards curricular and academic matters.
Admission
The Dominican College of Tarlac admits pupils/students of any gender, nationality, religious belief or any cultural affiliation in accordance with the charter of the school and the laws of the Philippines.

Enrollment Requirements for New Students / Transferees
- Report Card / Form 138
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Photocopy of Certificate of Completion (for incoming Grade 11)
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Two (2) 2×2 pictures (white background)
- Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate (if catholic)
- Long brown envelope
Senior High School Voucher Program (SHS-VP) Requirements (for incoming Grade 11)
- Long brown envelope with full name. (Last name, First Name)
- Photocopy of Grade 10 Report Card
- Two (2) 2×2 picture (Studio taken, white background)
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
