The Office of the Registrar is an academic support unit of the Dominican College of Tarlac which manages operations in the areas of admission, registration, and records. It serves as the main front line service unit as regards curricular and academic matters.
Admission
The Dominican College of Tarlac admits pupils/students of any gender, nationality, religious belief or any cultural affiliation in accordance with the charter of the school and the laws of the Philippines.
Pre-Elementary
Age Qualification for Kindergarten under DO 015, S. 2025
Age qualification for Kindergarten learners should be five years old by October 31 of every calendar year. However, the school may consider learners entering Kindergarten who will turn five year old from November 1 to December 31 on the condition that the learner shall:
i. Have completed an Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Program for one (1) school year. Parents/legal guardians shall provide copies of the Certificate of Completion/Attendance of the learner’s previous ECCD program experience from a public or private Child Development Centers (CDCs)/Learning Centers (LCs) that are granted with permit or recognition; or
ii. Undergo the Philippine Early Childhood and Development (ECD) Checklist during the enrollment period until the first week of the school year in order to ensure that the learner is capable of meeting the expectations of the kindergarten level. The ECD checklist shall be administered by the Kindergarten teachers of the receiving school, and the result shall be the basis of the school in admission to Kindergarten. Further, the accomplished checklist shall form part of the records of the learner.
Enrollment Requirements
- The learner must be 4 years old (Nursery) and 5 years old (Kinder) on or before October 31.
- Certificate of Completion of Early Childhood Education (if any) for incoming Kinder.
- Two (2) 2×2 pictures (white background)
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate (if catholic)
- Long brown envelope
