A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing between Tarlac State University (TSU) and Dominican College of Tarlac, Inc. (DCT) was successfully held on February 11, 2026 at the AVR of TSU. The significant event was attended by Sr. Lorna I. Ablog, OP, Administrator of DCT, and Dr. Arnold E. Velasco, President of TSU, together with the library heads and staff of both institutions.

The partnership aims to strengthen academic collaboration through the sharing of library resources and the promotion of research initiatives. This agreement reflects the commitment of both institutions to foster academic excellence, enhance access to scholarly materials, and support research development for the benefit of their respective academic communities.
