A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing between Pampanga State University and Dominican College of Tarlac, Inc. (DCT) was successfully held on March 18, 2026, at the Main Campus Library of Pampanga State University.

The partnership aims to strengthen academic collaboration through the sharing of library resources across the seven campuses of Pampanga State University, as well as to promote research initiatives. Through this agreement, both institutions seek to provide better access to academic materials and support the learning and research needs of their students and faculty.

This MOA reflects the shared commitment of both institutions to promote academic excellence, improve access to knowledge resources, and support research development for the benefit of their academic communities.
