The Dominican College of Tarlac, Inc. conducted its Annual Strategic Planning, themed “On the Road to Emmaus,” on April 8–10, 2026, at the St. Scholastica Spirituality Center, Tagaytay City. The activity was facilitated by Ms. Belina S. Katigbak, CPA, MBA.

Inspired by the Easter spirit of renewal and mission, the reflection “Cast the Net for a Great Catch” enriched the planning experience by calling participants to deeper trust, collaboration, and openness to greater possibilities in the service of the institution.

The planning was anchored on the “SULONG–PADAYON: The National Synodal Implementation Framework,” integrating the Synodal Implementation Process: Tinig–Tawag; Tawid–Tanaw; Tapak–Tindig Tungo sa Tipan. This framework guided the participants in a structured process of reflection, discernment, and strategic direction-setting aligned with the institution’s mission and vision.

The activity was attended by the School Administrator, together with the Academic and Non-Teaching Heads and Officers. It served as a venue to strengthen collaboration, ensure alignment of institutional goals, and reinforce the shared commitment to excellence and service.

Overall, the Annual Strategic Planning provided a meaningful opportunity for the Dominican College of Tarlac, Inc. leadership to move forward with clarity, unity, and purpose in fulfilling its educational and evangelizing mission—guided by the spirit of SULONG–PADAYON and the renewed Easter call to cast the net with faith and hope.
