The 2025 PHILED Conference, with the theme “Changing the Narrative of Philippine Education by Making Reforms Work,” was held on December 2–4, 2025 at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City. The event gathered key leaders and experts in the education sector, featuring distinguished keynote speakers such as Hon. Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Angara, Department of Education Secretary; Hon. Jose Francisco “Kiko” B. Benitez, PhD, Director-General of TESDA; Hon. Shirley C. Agrupis, PhD, Chairperson of CHED; Dr. Adrian Kuah, Director of the Futures Office at the National University of Singapore; Dr. Karol Mark Yee, Executive Director of EDCOM 2; and Hon. Jude A. Acidre, Chairperson of the House Committee on Higher Technical Education and Co-Chairperson of EDCOM 2 of the 20th Congress.

Representing Dominican College of Tarlac, Inc., the school’s Administrator, Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA), and Academic Heads attended the conference, actively engaging in discussions on educational reforms and future directions for Philippine education.
