Paspas Capas! “If you want to become a mayor, study more. If you want to become an achiever, be a believer,” Mayor Reynaldo “ReyCat” L. Catacutan, Mayor of Capas, said in an interview that was conducted after his speech about drugs and curfew guidelines at the Dominican College of Tarlac (DCT), July 5.
Mayor ReyCat said that his first project is to free Capas from drugs and of all other illegal activities so that there will be peace and order.
“I want to uplift the way of life for the people of Capas. I want to bring Capas from a competitive municipality into a city in the national level,” ReyCat added.
For DCT, he said that he can contribute to the security of all the students and to the cleanliness of the surroundings of the school.
“To be of service to the people of Capas, that is my motivation,” ReyCat said.
Meanwhile, the mayor said that it wasn’t an easy battle for him because the preparation itself takes one year, and it is too expensive and too tiring.
“Thank you God! And thank you people of Capas for trusting me again,” he noted.
